If you wish to know what information we hold about you whilst you have been logged onto the Website, please send an email to us at admin@saveahorse.org.au with Privacy Information as the Subject. We will endeavour to respond to your request within 7 days.

SAHA will occasionally, as the site develops, provide links to websites outside of the SAHA Website, as well as to third party sites. These linked sites are not under the control of SAHA, and we cannot accept responsibility for the conduct of companies linked to our website. 14. Notification of Postage and Handling Costs
It is very difficult for us to anticipate ever-changing postal rates, and for this reason, until further notice, the postage and handling costs for your order will be calculated after your order has been received. You will receive an email that not only confirms the details of your order, but that also clearly states the cost of postage and the estimated time of delivery of your goods.

15. Credit Card Fraud
SAHA are not responsible and do not take responsibility for anyone who incur any fraud or loss of money whilst using this website. We do not hold any of your credit card details on our server or in any of our databases and so if there are any reasons that fraud has taken place it is not likely to be due to this website’s process.
