SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.
Standard orders of all merchandise is mailed at the current costs provided by Australia Post.
Shipping within Australia will take approximately 7-10 working days.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.
For orders outside of Australia please contact email@example.com for a price to your destination.
IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WHO DO I CONTACT?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
For domestic delivery, you should receive your order within 7-10 working days. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact us at email@example.com and be sure to quote your order number.
For International delivery, please contact us for an estimate of delivery time.
A signature may be required on delivery, so please make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your goods. If no one is available to sign for the goods, the parcel will be delivered to your local depot or your local post office for pick up.
Our customers are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, not of merchantable quality or not fit for its purpose. Our policy under these circumstances is:
You (the customer) are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from SAHA if the item is:
faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
not of merchantable quality, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would;
and you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide SAHA with proof of purchase, such as your receipt, invoice or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired. In the event where an item returned is out of stock or discontinued you are entitled to receive credit to the value of the purchased product.
SAHA reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.
Refunds do not include postage and handling and will be processed within thirty working days of receipt of the goods. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents.
You may post your purchase to SAHA. Please include the receipt with your goods and indicate the reason for your return. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
