Alize

Alize is a Standardbred x Warmblood mare who came into care during one of our largest rescues in the charity’s history.

She was severely emaciated on arrival however never stopped fighting and today is a chunky, happy old girl.

Alize tends to be the top of the herd in any paddock she is put into. This gorgeous mare certainly doesn’t let her age stop her from showing the young ones who the boss is.

Alize is up for adoption as a companion horse only.

Farrier: Stands well for the farrier, currently barefoot with trims 6 weekly.

Catch: Can be caught with treats however needs work with being caught in a larger paddock.

Medicate: Good to medicate.

Float: Untested since arrival.

Rug: Good to rug.

Quirks: Can be a little head shy.
